ADvTECH Resourcing, a division of the ADvTECH Group, is looking for a tenured 360 Recruiter to join their team.

We are looking for a market champion who understands the pressures and success of the recruitment industry. As an Internal Recruitment Officer within our team, you will be the custodian of talent within the business and you will sources candidates on an ongoing basis by networking with your industry contacts and socializing on job portals. You will draft and place adverts for vacancies to attract the best talent within the market and meet your monthly deliverables to ensure that ADvTECH Resourcing gets the maximum amount of exposure within the marketplace.

As part of the role it will be essential for you to screen candidates against the requirements of the business and line management to ensure that you are meeting the objectives of all parties concerned. 

You will match the candidate profiles against our Psychometric Assessments to ensure that you are shortlisting candidates within the scope of our pre-determined success profiles.

Knowledge and understanding of key interview techniques including competency based interviewing will hold you in good stead as you will be expected to make key decisions through your dialogue with candidates to ensure that you are shortlisting the best talent.

We appreciate communication and encourage networking and relationship building.  These are key skills that will assist you to support the interview process until placement, by sitting in on interviews, engaging with your candidate and line management through the process and by addressing objections and concerns as they come up.

You will be key contact person throughout the salary negotiation process between the candidate and line until the offer is presented to the candidate by the line manager.




  • Advanced Certificate / Diploma or Degree
  • Driver’s license
  • A basic understanding of Assessment Tools
  • Recruitment or Recruitment Sales experience for at least 2 years.
